I just recently attended the new technology course for CRS in Dallas, Texas.  My customers ask me why I am continually educating myself. I attend the CRS classes because they are top notch courses where I learn a wealth of valuable information for my clients. The CRS classes focus on home buying and selling, as well as learning new technology and using its applications in the real estate business. Most Realtors in this marketplace have 5 years or less experience and have never experienced the market we are having today.  Over the years I have attended an array of classes, but the CRS classes are the best.  When I refer a customer to another state, I choose an agent with a CRS certification because they are knowledgeable about the latest technological advances in the real estate market.
