My associates and I volunteered at the fourth annual "Turkey Trot" in the neighborhood of Coles Crossing in Cypress, TX! We had a blast providing drinks and donating gift cards to the first five runners who completed the race. My team also donated an ice chest to use in many more community events. Over 300 residents of Coles Crossing participated in this years event! Congrats to all the winners and hope you all had a Happy Thanksgiving!

A rise in inflation and a rise in interest rates are being predicted by experts as a result of the government's stimulus spending. For example, take a look at where rates were in the early eighties, which is the last time inflation skyrocketed. My husband Art and I worked at the 2009 RE/MAX Ballunar Liftoff at the NASA/Johnson Space Center on Oct. 23rd. We had a blast watching the beautiful balloons overhead and skydiving exhibitions, and helping to raise money for Children's Miracle Network. What a picture perfect day!! It is with great pleasure that I announce the newest addition to our team, Veronica Ramirez. She recently joined our forces as a licensed assistant in July 2009, and she has since been a great help. Previously, Veronica worked for David Flory’s RE/MAX Professional Group, for nine years. She is consistent, pays great attention to detail, especially when going over real estate contracts and making sure each client receives five-star treatment.

I have to tell you I was just a little nervous having a camera in my face.  This interview will be shown Internationally across the RE/MAX website.  Very exciting but very scary.  My sweet husband and my team were there to support me otherwise I think I would have had a heart attack.  But thankfully once I started talking about my favorite subject rwhich is real  estate and building a team to sell real estate I forgot the camera was there.  So believe or not I actually had a great time.  I talked about my buyer's agents and my short sale specialist, my new licensed assistant which is joinin
